Each vial contains 5mg of lyophilized powder. The recommended starting dose is 0.25mg semaglutide per week.
It is strongly advised that you do your own research to determine the correct dosage for your body. This is just the suggested starting dosage and an example on how to prepare the vials.
STEPS TO RE-SUSPEND SEMAGLUTIDE:
Add 2mL of bacteriostatic water to the vial and swirl until resuspended
This gives a concentration of 2.5mg/mL
The recommended starting dose is 0.25mg/week, therefore, filling an insulin syringe to the “10” iU mark will give a dose of 0.25mg semaglutide
Each “10 iU” on an insulin syringe will be equivalent to 0.25mg of semaglutide when 2 mL of bacteriostatic water has been added initially.
