What is Ibutamoren?

MK-677, commonly known as Ibutamoren, is often grouped in with SARMs, but technically is not.  It is actually a HGH secretagogue, which means it promotes the natural production of HGH and IGF-1 in the body.  This makes it a highly valued compound for bodybuilders and athletes as these hormones (IGF-1 and HGH) benefits are well-known, specifically the potential for muscle growth.  In addition to muscle growth, users can expect other significant benefits from MK-677 such as recovery, brain function, and sleep quality.  It has also been shown to be useful for the repair of tendons and connective tissues, and for this reason, is often paired with SARMs and anabolic steroids specifically designed for muscle and strength boosting abilities (think Ligandrol, Testolone, Dbol, Anadrol, etc.).

What is the recommended dosage?

Although MK-677 has a half-life of 24 hours, higher doses of more than 20mg are commonly split into two smaller doses per day in order to reduce the risk of fatigue and other potential side effects.
