What is Ligandrol?

What is the recommended dosage?

It is important to keep testosterone suppression in mind when choosing a dose of Ligandrol to add to your cycle.  Most users will find a dose of 5mg/day sufficient to see an increase in muscle gains while minimizing the effects of testosterone suppression.  It is not uncommon for users to increase the dose to 15-20mg/day, but be prepared to supplement with TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) and a PCT after your cycle.  This compound carries a half-life of 24 hours and therefore can be taken once a day.  A common cycle length is between 8-12 weeks, followed by 4 weeks of post cycle therapy.
